Appeal for information following serious road traffic collision in Huyton

Officers from our Roads Policing Unit are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury RTC in Huyton last night, Sunday 19 May.

At around 10pm, emergency services were called to the junction of St Davids Road and Gretton Road to reports of collision involving a black Suzuki motorcycle and white Toyota Aygo car.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries to his wrist and a punctured lung.

The driver of the car stopped to assist with enquiries.
