Police attend domestic distrubance in Bootle

We are in attendance in Bootle today (Thursday 3 January 2019) following a report of a domestic disturbance at an address on Bedford Road.

A report was received at 4.35pm that a man had entered a property acting in a threatening manner.

A woman left the address and patrols put a containment on the house as a precaution, and enquiries are ongoing in the area to locate the male.

There are road closures in place in the Bedford Road area while the incident is ongoing.

There is not believed to be anyone else in the premises and there are no reports anyone has been injured.
