Superintendent Owen Renowden, the Met’s hate crime lead said: "I urge anyone who may have been targeted, or may have crucial information that will help us with our enquiries, to contact us as soon as possible."
Detectives appeal for information after a serious collision left a man in a life-threatening condition.
Detective Inspector Martin Thomas from Specialist Crime, said: “I would urge anyone with information, or who may have been in the area at the time and has a dash cam, to please make contact with us. We need to arrest these man whose recklessness is dangerous.”

While the investigation to locate Douglas continues, the Met is appealing to the public to help locate him.
Police were called at around 22:15hrs on Monday, 10 February, to the Grosvenor pub in Oaklands Road, Hanwell, to reports that a man had stumbled into the pub with serious injuries. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, from the Met’s Specialist Crime unit, said: “We urge anyone with information to contact us urgently."
It relates to the death of 48-year-old Ian Airlie.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for information, over one year on from the death of 24-year-old Jonah Ho-Shue in Haringey.
Detectives investigating the deaths of Guilherme Messias Da Silva and Lemar Urqhart are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
