The victim has been named as Pamela Munro, 45.
The family of Ola Raji who was fatally shot and stabbed while cycling home after watching a football match have appealed for the public’s help to get justice.
Superintendent Owen Renowden, the Met’s hate crime lead said: "I urge anyone who may have been targeted, or may have crucial information that will help us with our enquiries, to contact us as soon as possible."

A 27-year-old man has died following a shooting in Tottenham.
The man has been named as Andrew Clark, aged 43.
Through building a rapport with the girl, Met officers identified three further victim-survivors.

Omar Prempeh 32 (22.12.92) of Stanstead Road, Forest Hill, was charged with murder on Saturday, 8 March following the fatal shooting of Lathaniel Burrell.
Detective Inspector Martin Thomas from Specialist Crime, said: “I would urge anyone with information, or who may have been in the area at the time and has a dash cam, to please make contact with us. We need to arrest these man whose recklessness is dangerous.”
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder in Croydon on the morning of Friday, 7 March. Lathaniel, from Stockwell, died at the scene following the shooting in Paradise Road, SW4, on Tuesday, 4 March.

Police were called around 14.30hrs on Tuesday, 4 March to reports of a shooting in Paradise Road, SW4. Superintendent Gabriel Cameron, said: “Local officers are on the scene gathering CCTV and speaking to witnesses to piece together what has happened."
Paul Tallant, 42 (01.10.82) of Eltham appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 3 March charged with murder of 63-year-old Charlie Prodromou.
Detective Inspector Devan Taylor, who led the investigation into the murder, said: “Robert was just 37-years-old when he lost his life in this senseless attack, killed by someone who should have been a friend and neighbour. Jaden Sheriff now has to spend the rest of his life knowing he killed a man."
Police were called at around 22:15hrs on Monday, 10 February, to the Grosvenor pub in Oaklands Road, Hanwell, to reports that a man had stumbled into the pub with serious injuries. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, from the Met’s Specialist Crime unit, said: “We urge anyone with information to contact us urgently."
Felecia, aged 29, was found with stab wounds and was taken to hospital in a critical condition. She sadly died from her injuries five days later. Detective Chief Inspector Craig Magee, who led the investigation, said: "Justice has been served following the conviction of Haron for Felecia's tragic murder. It is an example of the devastating impact violence against women and girls can have."
