Moneybarn launches Light Commercial Vehicle Finance

Moneybarn, the UK’s largest non-standard car finance provider, announce the launch on 1st October of a new product offering finance for light commercial vehicles (LCVs). This exciting new launch gives greater opportunities for customers with a poor credit history who are looking to finance panel vans, car-derived vans and pick-up trucks.

The move into light commercial vehicles is as a result of feedback from customers and brokers which suggests that there is a demand in the LCV market for Moneybarn’s approach of responsible lending to non-standard customers.

“Moneybarn believes that there is a growing demand from customers who cannot access finance for their light commercial vehicle from mainstream funders. We are a business that prides ourselves on being progressive, and this is an exciting chance for us to engage with new customers who are an increasingly important part of the UK economy”, said Shamus Hodgson, Moneybarn’s Commercial Director.

Finance will be available to those who are self-employed, sole traders and private buyers with non-standard credit history. There will be 3-5 year finance terms available, subject to status, with a minimum loan of £5,000.
