Niam sells office property in Gothenburg

Niam sold the office property Nordstaden 28:2 in Gothenburg, Sweden, which has a total lettable area of ~9,100 sqm after extensions. The property consists of the former marine officer school which was built in 1862, and it has a beautiful view of the Göta River and the inlet to Gothenburg. The buyer, a company within SEFA, will take ownership on September 26, 2013.
