Niam sells office property in Gothenburg, Sweden

Niam has disposed of the office property Masthugget 30:6, located in Gothenburg, Sweden. The property comprise ~16,000 sqm of leasable area and the biggest tenant is Arbetsförmedlingen (job centre), which recently signed a new 5 year lease agreement concerning 5,400 sqm. The buyer Elof Hansson Fastighets AB, a Swedish property company, will access the properties on November 15, 2012.
