Norwegian lands at new UK headquarters
Low-cost airline Norwegian has taken another significant step in its huge UK expansion by opening its new UK headquarters by London Gatwick Airport which is at the heart of the airline’s UK operation.

Norwegian’s subsidiary Arctic Aviation Assets Ltd (AAA) has placed a new order of 30 Airbus 321 Long Range aircraft. Norwegian will operate the A321LR once the aircraft enters service in 2019. The aircraft has a size and range that makes it suitable for many more long-haul destinations in the future.
Norwegian (NAS) today reported its second quarter results for 2016. The pre-tax result (EBT) was NOK 930 million (£83million); doubling the profit from last year’s result of NOK 456 million. The load factor for this period was 88 percent. In two years, the load factor has increased with eight percentage points.
Norwegian signs charter contracts with Apple Vacations and Funjet Vacations to operate routes from the United States to the Caribbean and Mexico.
