Press release -

Visitor registration opens for Natural Products Scandinavia 2014

Visitor registration for Natural Products Scandinavia – the Nordic region’s only dedicated trade show for the natural health, nutrition, beauty, and self care market, is now open.  The award-winning event, which is co-located with Nordic Organic Food Fair, returns to Malmö, Sweden, on 26-27 October.

To mark the opening of online registration for 2014, event organiser Diversified Communications UK has today released a preview of its initial exhibitor list, offering an exclusive first look at some of the companies who will be helping to shape the future of the Nordic region’s natural and organic market over the next twelve months.

Today’s news is accompanied an announcement from Diversified UK that the show has been shortlisted for its second prestigious industry award (it previously won ‘Best International Launch’ at the UK’s Exhibition News Awards in 2013).

Initially developed as a way to encourage internal trading between the Nordic countries, it was soon apparent that the Natural Products Scandinavia concept had strong international appeal. Thanks to its record-breaking second edition in 2013, where attendance increased by 57% to 3,158 attendees from 67 different countries, Natural Products Scandinavia, and its sister event Nordic Organic Food Fair, have been selected as finalists in the ‘Best Tradeshow Exhibition (UK & International) under 2,000sq.m’ category at the Association of Event Organisers’ Excellence Awards 2014 – the exhibition industry’s equivalent to the Oscars.

“Natural Products Scandinavia is a great way of finding ecological products of every kind.  The show works so well for us, as it brings together natural products from multiple sectors all in one place,” comments Eva Uppvall, from Swedish health store chain Life Arvika Hälsokost, who visited in 2013.  Around 92% of the show’s surveyed attendees were equally upbeat, rating their experience as excellent/good.

Award nominations aside, the success of the 2013 edition has also prompted a 37% expansion in exhibition space for 2014 to meet increasing demand from new companies looking to increase their market presence (over a third of confirmed exhibitors, to date, are set to make their show debut in October).  The 2014 show, which features a combined total of around 300 exhibiting companies, will also host a new pavilion by The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Natural Products Scandinavia’s 2014 exhibitor list will be available to view and search at www.naturalproductsscandinavia.com from next month.  The following is a preview of just some of the companies preparing to present their latest natural and organic products in Malmö this October:
