Unfortunately, after operating on Friday 15th January 2021, service city35A was suspended.
Due to the most recent lockdown imposed in England and the resulting school closures, we have seen the service being used by an extremely low number of students. Unfortunately, these circumstances are unsustainable.
Parents who purchased passes for the city35A service will have received an email detailing how refunds will be processed. If you have any questions, please contact our customer services colleagues.
Future of the service
We remain committed to the service and will be running the service for the remainder of the 2020/21 academic year, from whenever government advice enables the school to re-open.
