Panasonic Top for Reliability According to Which?

The latest Which? Technology Brand Survey (July 2014) has been released, revealing that Panasonic is the most reliable brand.  Against fierce competition, Panasonic was named as the top performer for reliability achieving the highest reliability score in four categories – TVs, PVRs, Blu-ray products and cameras.  Beating all other manufacturers, Panasonic was the only brand to achieve the highest reliability in more than one category, signifying Panasonic’s continued efforts to produce products that enhance peoples lives.

The annual survey, conducted by the independent and unbiased consumer champion Which? magazine involved 67,000 devices and the views of almost 15,000 Which? members.

Excelling in multiple areas of the survey, Panasonic was rated the best brand overall for its cameras and Blu-ray products.  Panasonic’s cameras continue to go from strength-to-strength evidenced by the recent achievement of the ‘Best Photography Brand’ award at the Which? Awards 2014 for the second year in a row.

Panasonic also scored high in the customer score - a score based on how satisfied Which? members are with a brand and the likelihood that they’d recommend it to a friend – with Panasonic’s TVs, cameras and Blu-ray securing the joint top spot.  Notably, Panasonic’s TVs received a staggering customer score of 83%, the joint highest score in the entire survey.

The survey also revealed that Panasonic’s cameras have a high loyalty rate, which is further backed up by its high customer and reliability scores.
