Phoenix Contact has added new network-capable versions with I/O-Link interface to the Contactron hybrid motor starters product range. These versions enable consistent communication between the field and control levels, so that process data like diagnostic messages or motor current can be easily transmitted.
The Phoenix Contact block-modular Axioline E I/O system product portfolio also includes IO-Link I/O boxes with immediate effect. With the eight-channel Axioline E AXL E IOL DI8 M12 6P and AXL E IOL DO8 M12 6P IO-Link I/O boxes, the Axioline E IO-Link master can be set up as a modular I/O station and signals distributed in the plant or machine can be acquired or issued.
Phoenix Contact now also offers EO outlets with different connection geometries. With over 150 versions, they are designed for use anywhere in the world in control cabinet or systems manufacturing. Additional functions such as LED display, switches, fuses or circuit breakers extend the range of possible applications.
