Angled PCB terminal block for power electronics
The new SPTA series PCB terminal blocks from Phoenix Contact offer a 30 degree angled cable connection funnel for convenient conductor connection. The SPTA 5 terminal block is designed for a conductor cross section of up to 6 mm² and an currents of up 41 A, with a 7.5 mm pitch. With regard to the SPTA 16 version, up to 76 A can be transmitted for 16 mm² conductors, with the 10 mm pitch. The corresponding insulated jumpers enable the easy connection of multiple positions.
Thanks to push-in technology, the conductors are easily connected without tools and can be released without the need for any special tools. Both PCB terminal blocks have an unlimited 600 V UL approval and 1000 V according to IEC, due to the compact zigzag pinning.
Phoenix Contact extends its product range for high-current applications with the PCB terminal blocks from the SPTA series, which can be bridged.
