Operation and signaling reinvented

With a comprehensive modular system kit, Phoenix Contact is presenting new solutions for reliable operation and clear signaling in the control cabinet and on the control panel. The buttons, switches, and indicator lights can be combined without tools and integrated into mounting openings with a width of 22 mm. The Push-in connection technology enables a convenient and safe wiring process.

With a wide variety of more than 200 items, including different types of buttons, rotary switches, key switches, and emergency switching off switches, as well as LED versions, a range of operation and signaling functions can be implemented easily and flexibly. The buttons and switches are modular in design and are available both as flexible kit solutions and preconfigured versions. The modular versions consist of individual, combinable components such as actuating elements, module holders, and contact modules. As an option, an LED module can be also integrated. All products are designed for a wide range of voltage inputs from 24 to 240 V and are therefore suitable for many areas of application.

Robust empty housings are also available. These are made of a high-strength, flame-retardant material and are characterised by high vibration resistance, temperature resistance, and pronounced deformation stability. With a degree of protection up to IP66, the housings are dustproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, therefore ensuring reliable use even under demanding ambient conditions.

The housings are designed to accommodate one to five buttons and are characterised by high-level safety and durability properties. Additional accessories and an intuitive configurator make it easy to put together customized solutions.
