Push-in fuse terminal block for PV applications

The compact PT 10,3-HESI fuse terminal blocks with 10 mm² push-in connection from Phoenix Contact have a nominal voltage of 1000 V. It is therefore suitable for use in renewable power generation, specifically in photovoltaics. The fuse terminal blocks reliably protect crystalline PV modules against reverse currents.

Suitable fuse links are available in 10.3 x 38 mm according to IEC and UL with gPV characteristics up to 20A. To quickly identify blown fuses, there is a fuse terminal block with LED display. Clear large area string marking of the terminal blocks is possible.

Thanks to the insertion force, which has been reduced by 50 percent, it is possible to insert solid and stranded conductors with ferrules and cross sections from 1.5 to 10 mm² easily without tools. The orange-coloured button indicates the actuating element and prevents the terminal from being activated accidentally. Connection of stranded conductors from 1.5 mm² without ferrules is possible. The new fuse terminal blocks round off the extensive range of 1000 V DV photovoltaic terminal blocks from Phoenix Contact.
