Symbio Global Inc Welcome New Addition to Management Fold

One of Miami’s most exciting sales and marketing agencies, Symbio Global continued its impressive growth trajectory last week by announcing a new addition to its management division.

Miami based sales and marketing firm Symbio Global has named Carolina Reyes as the new assistant manager at Symbio Global.

Born and raised in Cali, Columbia, Carolina completed an undergraduate degree in Communications and Journalism before moving to Miami to complete a Masters in Marketing at Lynn University. This background in communication is something Carolina believes has attributed to her to fast-tracked success within the sales and marketing world. ‘In my nature, I enjoy talking to people, so I think that made it easier, I like talking to people, and I connect with them.’ States Miss Reyes. ‘Symbio Global has given me a lot of confidence; it taught me how to connect with people, how to listen to people and understand what they are really asking me. When you’re nervous, you don’t always realise what people are really saying’.

Carolina started her journey within the sector last May, alongside completing her Masters. Since graduating in December, she has focused her time and energy on supporting others within the business and helping them develop their skills and business acumen. Speaking about what attracted her to the industry and where her desire to develop others stems from, Miss Reyes confirmed Symbio Global’s CEO, Rania Baker had a significant impact. ‘Rania has been my leader; my mentor. I always thought if she can do this I can do this too. I think the number one person on my journey has been her.’

In light of the announcement Miss Reyes has revealed her goals for the future, and where she hopes her skills will take her over the next few years. ‘I would like to open my own business here in Florida, maybe even two or three’ explains Miss Reyes. ‘But I do want to focus on the Latin American market. I would love to open a business in my country of Columbia, and then maybe Brazil and then a couple of others around South America too. Regarding my personal goals, I love animals, so I would also like to personally open a non-profit that helps animals in my country.’

CEO of Symbio Global Rania Baker has confirmed that she is thrilled to have Carolina at the forefront of the firm’s operations, stating ‘We couldn’t be more excited to bring her in on board, and we can’t wait to see what she will do next!’
