Bury Leisure sports centres are offering local people the opportunity to give their winter workout a refresh and stay active and motivated by taking advantage of their vast range of fitness options.

And throughout October there is the chance to take out a 6 month winter training membership for £169 or £29.50 per month.

Fitness options include:3 gyms; 3 swimming pools; badminton; squash and table tennis; virtual fitness classes and spinning; instructor-led fitness classes; plus:

  • FREE induction and personal fitness programme;
  • FREE use of Swimtag to track swimming progress and take part in monthly challenges;
  • FREE access to Boditrax for a full breakdown of your body weight, fat and muscle percentage – see 20 clinically validated measures in only 30 seconds, then review your results, set goals and track your progress.
  • FREE nutritional advice and healthy lifestyle tips at weekly weigh and go sessions.
