Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons Release "Ain't No Pussy" - New Album and UK Tour Dates

The formidable Pussycat is renowned for prowling the audience whilst the adrenaline-fueled Dirty Johnson boys pound out infectious, dirty rock’n’roll. Like all cats they are hard to pin down and have been described as one of the most incendiary live bands in the UK.

With the high impact raw energy of their live shows captured in the studio by producer Alex McGowan, their debut studio LP “Exercise Your Demons” received many great reviews. The power-packed follow up “Dirty Rock’n’Roll” received the same accolades with the band (now a trio) bringing in the double bass skills of Phil Bloomberg (of the Polecats) to guest on a couple of tracks.

So, their eagerly-awaited third LP is now upon is. 11 blistering tracks of freshly squeezed, unadulterated punk rock’n’roll. Again artfully captured by Alex McGowan at Space Eko East, this long player doesn’t compromise in its aural assault.

Pussycat and the Dirty Johnsons have played hundreds of shows across the UK and Europe supporting the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Thee Oh Sees, The Fuzztones, The Polecats, The Rezillos, Bow Wow Wow, Mad Sin, The Damned and many more big name bands. They ain’t no pussies!
