Texas scuzz-garage quartet Mean Motor Scooter to live stream this Friday for Mr. Sophistication EP release

Texas garage rockers Mean Motor Scooter will be putting out their “Mr. Sophistication” EP on May 1st via Dreamy Life Records. In place of a public album release party due to quarantine, the group will be live streaming their show this Friday from 6–7 PM CDT. After weeks of being cooped up inside without an end yet in sight, this might be just the hour you need to get a little loose.

The band also has a brand new track entitled “The Void” to check out off their upcoming EP. “Infiltration, decimation, wow!” sings the band, and it’s no empty declaration of intent. Super-charged guitar and a piercing yowl lead the way on this up-beat joyride through the urban jungle, before madcap organ and hard-driving rhythm join the fray. So grab your helmet and hop on back friends, cause there’s no turning back now. We’re headed straight for “The Void.”
