70 year old man arrested following discovery of Basingstoke cannabis factory
A 70 year old man has been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis factory in Warwick Road, Basingstoke.
The man, from Hook, has been released on conditional bail, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production of a Class B drug and abstracting electricity without authority.
The cannabis factory was discovered after police searched the address in Warwick Road on July 7.
