Did you see collision on A27 sliproad at Broadmarsh involving motorcyclist?

We are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist on the Westbound A27 slip road.

The incident occurred at around 3.30pm on Friday, July 5. The motorcyclist had been travelling on the A27 between Havant and Broadmarsh when her red Honda CBR motorcycle was in collision with a stationary transit tipper van on the Broadmarsh slip road.

The motorcyclist, a woman in her 20s from Chessington, was taken to hospital with fractures to her leg and arm.

The carriageway wasn’t closed during the incident but it did cause some congestion. We would also like to thank motorists for their patience while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
