Did you witness serious collision in Queens Avenue, Aldershot?

Officers are appealing for witnesses and information in relation to a serious road traffic collision that occurred today, (Tuesday, December 11), in Queens Avenue, Aldershot.

The incident occurred just after 8am outside St Andrew's Garrison Church and involved a motorcyclist and a pedestrian.

The male motorcyclist, who was riding a silver Yamaha, has been taken to Frimley Park Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be serious at this time.

The pedestrian is a woman who has been taken to St George's Hospital in Tooting. Her injuries are being treated as serious.

Road closures remain in place on Queens Avenue, at the junctions with Prince's Avenue and Alison's Road.
