Niam acquires shopping center in Helsinki, Finland

On September 17, 2015, Niam signed an agreement to acquire the Kaari shopping center located in Kannelmäki, close to Ring Road I, in Helsinki, Finland. The Kaari center is Helsinki’s fifth largest shopping center with a total lettable area of ~48,000 sqm. The seller, HOK-Elanto, has signed long-term lease agreements for the areas they are currently occupying. The transaction is expected to close in October 2015.
