Niam acquires six office properties in Helsinki, Finland
Niam has acquired six office properties in Helsinki from Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company in two independent transactions. The portfolio comprises a total lettable area of approximately 77,000 sqm. The properties are modern, high quality office buildings built between 2002 and 2007. All six properties are located within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with three properties in Espoo, two in Vantaa and one in Helsinki.
Johan Bergman, Niam CEO, says, “We are confident that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment market that will continue to improve. Niams active asset management approach will add further value to the portfolio assets.”
The financing will be provided by German bank Helaba who is acting as Arranger and sole Lender in this transaction.
