Niam sells an office property in Stavanger, Norway
Today, Niam divested Jåttåvågvejen 10-12 in Stavanger, Norway to a fund managed by H.I.G. Capital. The properties consist of two connected buildings with an underground garage and has a total area of 66,634 sqm, of which 15,764 sqm is parking. The tenants are Aker Solution and Akastor ASA.
Kjell Sagstad, Country Manager, says, "We continue to see a strong Norwegian transaction market, especially for stable performing assets. This property is an efficient and good office property in a growing market that we will now hand over to H.I.G. Capital.”
