To facilitate this continued growth and enhance their specialist service offering, Infuse have welcomed several new starters – the latest of whom is Brandon Hotter, a Helpdesk Support Apprentice.

Over the past 5 years, Infuse have welcomed 7 skilled apprentices to the team, who have been key in helping to grow the company’s business capabilities.

Managing Director of Infuse Technology, Paul Howard, commented:

“Throughout the pandemic, we have provided crucial IT support to our clients, helping them to enhance their operations and implementing technological solutions to future-proof their processes.

Over the past year we have seen a 15% increase in clients and achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating, which is testament to the hard work of our team.

As we continue to go from strength to strength, we are looking to further build on this success and bolster our specialist team with talented apprentices, with a particular focus on Sales and Admin. Our apprenticeship programme is a core aspect of our business, and we provide our apprentices with training so that they can have an active role that adds value from day one”.
