Let's celebrate: Christmas Porcelain from traditionell to modern

Let's celebrate life, let's celebrate romance, let's engage with the childlike anticipation of Christmas. The festive atmosphere also finds its way into those places where we preferably get together with family and friends - at a festively set table.

Francis Carreau Rouge/ decoration design: Rosenthal Creative Centre

Historical references and modern elegance come together in the Carreau pattern on the Francis design to create a classically luxurious yet simple-looking table arrangement. The interplay of shaded and unshaded checked areas in sensual red with a delicate gold outline produces a kaleidoscopic colour effect. Subtle white surfaces bring a calming and airy feeling to the design and create an exciting contrast between light and dark, which is wonderfully complemented by the clear lines of the Francis design.

Hutschenreuther Nora Christmas service collection

Warmly gleaming bone china, framed by a green fir-bough garland, pine cones and red Christmas stars – the new Nora Christmas collection combines the contemplativeness of the winter season with the nostalgia for innocent Christmases past. Lovingly crafted pendants adorn plates, cups and dishes and invite you to dress the table for advent in anticipation of the long-awaited exchanging of gifts.

Arzberg TRIC Sternenzauber

With a slight wave these little messengers from heaven spread themselves across pure, white porcelain: sometimes several of them together form discreet glittering clouds; sometimes they shine individually from the edge of the porcelain; some of the stars have even wafted into the cups. That's how authentic the latest Christmas “Sternenzauber” pattern appears on the popular TRIC shape.

TRIC has won repeated awards for its user-friendly multi-functionality and timeless design. Which applies equally to the new, uncomplicated, reduced stars pattern: it lends any romantic candle-light dinner a wonderful glow – and not just at Christmas.

Just as we did when we were originally founded 140 years ago, Rosenthal develops products equally for discerning end customers and for exacting professional clients from the restaurant and hotel trade. Our products stand out with exceptional form, function, quality and craftsmanship and represent a cultural asset “made in Germany”, never ceasing to combine innovation and creativity. With its award-winning porcelain design, trendy lifestyle collections and modern, elegant classics, the Rosenthal brand raises the bar time and again for aesthetics and individuality.

Established figures from the worlds of architecture, design and art, but also the hottest newcomers and talents design avant-garde dinner table collections, foster a joy of giving and create sophisticated furnishings. The collections are manufactured in the Rosenthal porcelain factory in Selb and the “Thomas am Kulm” porcelain factory in Speichersdorf, which offer some of the porcelain industry‘s most advanced production facilities anywhere in the world and deliver sustainable manufacturing with careful use of resources thanks to the forward- looking investments that have been made.

New interior collections and accessories enrich the Rosenthal world by adding designer objects that go far beyond the limits of a conventional table setting and round off the huge product variety.
