Player of the year announced as SFC top the league
Stranraer Football Club captain, Frank McKeown, had a good day at the office on Saturday (April 18). Not only was he named Stena Line Player of the Year but his team won their match against Stenhousemuir FC and as a result are now top of the league. Frank McKeown was pictured receiving his Stena Line Player of the Year trophy as well as a luxurious two night stay at a superb hotel in Northern Ireland, courtesy of Stena Line, from Kenny Drysdale from Stena Line. When Stena Line renewed its shirt sponsorship deal with Stranraer Football Club for the 2014/15 season, they became record breakers, topping British Football’s list for continuous shirt sponsors.
