Class action against UK Government for failing in 'duty of care' to British citizens in countries like the UAE
Press Releases • Oct 17, 2017 12:21 BST
A class action is being developed against the UK government by clients of Radha Stirling, David Haigh and a UK Queen’s Counsel based on the UK government’s failure in its duty of care towards citizens. The Government has failed to give sufficient warning to UK nationals travelling abroad, it has failed to respond to requests for help, and when it does it takes no action on behalf of its citizens.
