... It’s not just us who believes it... Did you know we’ve been named within the UK’s Top 10 Child Friendly Country Retreats by Condé Nast Traveller? With half term only a few weeks away and the summer holidays just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking how to keep the children entertained.

Whilst you make the most of the Championship golf course or spend time relaxing in the spa, let us take the children off your hands in the Crèche so you can enjoy some well deserved ‘me time’. Our Crèche is operated by The Old Station Nursery Ltd who provides professional and well trained staff to care for Members’ children and visitors to the hotel. To keep the children occupied, the Crèche has a wide range of activities to keep all ages entertained. Arts and crafts, cooking and music are a hit with the older children whilst pre-school children love the games, puzzles, dolls and toys available.

We always love to see families spending some special time together in the great outdoors here at Stoke Park, whether it’s exploring the adventure play area with its swings, slides and climbing frame, or watching a parent versus children game of chess on the human sized chess board. Or if you are looking for some inside entertainment, there’s always the games room for the children to hide away in... Just be careful they don’t get too engrossed that you’ll never be able to pull them away from the Xbox, PlayStation, pool table, air hockey table or television.

Every child deserves a treat once in a while and we know just how to make them happy. Little Stars Afternoon Tea makes every child feel like a prince or princess, delighting them with our selection of favourite sandwiches, teddy bear biscuits, cakes and more.

And lastly, we all know it can be hard to keep the children occupied during the holidays, especially the long summer holidays which awaits us... Have you thought about our Combined Junior Golf and Tennis Camps that run throughout the holidays?
