The Stroke Association is inviting the UK to bring the sunshine back this winter and host a ‘Bring Me Sunshine’ party.
What better way to shake off those winter blues than a New Year’s resolution to get outside and revitalise the spirit. The Stroke Association is encouraging people to get going and shape up after Christmas by signing up to a 5k or 10k Resolution Run. This takes place on Sunday 13 March 2016 at Glasgow Green in Glasgow.
