Paul Carter, 55, from Darlington, is encouraging people across the North East of England to take on a walking marathon challenge for the Stroke Association this summer.
The Stroke Association has appointed Andrew Cook as Executive Director of Income Generation. Andrew, who takes over from interim Director of Fundraising, Sam Hyde, joins the charity on 24 July, and will be based at their head office in London.
