The Stroke Association launched its new Moving Forward After Stroke programme in Stockport on Tuesday 06 February, to help local stroke survivors get more active.

Tara Galloway, Head of Stroke Support for the Stroke Association, said: “Today, the Stroke Association has been made aware of a proposal from East Sussex County Council to cease or significantly reduce £80,000 of funding for the charity’s support services in the county. This is part of a drive to save £17 million across the county.
