WINDSOR, UNITED KINGDOM – June 26, 2026 – Konami Digital Entertainment, B.V. (KONAMI) announces SILENT HILL f (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Epic Games, Microsoft Store, GOG.com) collaborates with Koei Tecmo Games Co., Ltd’s Japanese-style horror adventure, FATAL FRAME II: Crimson ButterflyREMAKE to launch a new update, adding a new ‘Crimson Butterfly’ cosmetic.
This DLC adds a cosmetic for players to change Hinako’s appearance*, inspired by Mio Amakura, the protagonist of FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE. Players can experience the main story of SILENT HILL f* whilst embodying the spirit of the bond between twin sisters who become lost in an abandoned village haunted by vengeful spirits, as depicted in FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE.
The “Crimson Butterfly” cosmetic is available to all users who own SILENT HILL f and have updated to Patch 1.20 or later. Please check the patch notes for details on the update. *This DLC is additional content that allows players to change Hinako’s appearance. It does not include new scenarios, additional stages, or additional game modes.
Additionally, both the Standard and Deluxe Editions of SILENT HILL f are currently on sale on select platforms. A bundle featuring SILENT HILL f and FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE is also currently available, allowing players to enjoy both titles at a discounted price. Players can take this opportunity to enjoy a special collaboration where the worlds of Japanese horror games intersect.
