Windsor, UK – Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (KONAMI) has announced the winners of the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship (WCS) 2025, which reached its thrilling finale on Sunday, August 31, at Maison de la Mutualité in Paris, France. Returning to Europe for the first time in several years, the tournament crowned new World Champions across four categories.
In the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) tournament, French-American Duelist Julien Kehon triumphed over Tom Kleinegraeber from Germany to claim the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG World Champion 2025 title.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS, both the SPEED DUEL and RUSH DUEL finals delivered fierce matchups. Philipp Thomas from Germany won the SPEED DUEL trophy, while kama3 from Taiwan emerged victorious in RUSH DUEL.
Meanwhile, the Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL final saw Ragnarok defeat Chaiba Corp in a dramatic 3v3 showdown, with Italy’s Antonio ‘N3sh’ Papa, Sweden’s Herman ‘Mist’ Hansson, and Croatia’s Luka Forjan becoming the 2025 Yu-Gi-Oh! MASTER DUEL World Champions.
Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2026 To Take Place in Tokyo
A teaser trailer aired during the WCS 2025 livestream revealed that the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2026 will be held in Tokyo, Japan. Duelists from around the globe will reunite next year to battle for the ultimate title.

Neymar Jr. Teams Up With Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game For eFootball™ and eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS Collab
Teased during the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2025 livestream, KONAMI also announced an all-new collaboration between the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game and eFootball™ and eFootball™ CHAMPION SQUADS. This trailer features eFootball™ ambassador Neymar and five players from the French national team.
