Moving from Operations to head up all things people at Mission Mars Group (ranked 5th in Britains Fastest Growing companies) she looks after 10 world class bars and restaurants - with the infamous Alberts Schloss being the jewel in the crown. Guest Experience is always top of the agenda at Mission Mars and Charlotte has some amazing insights into how they have directly impacted and measured guest experience through improving team member engagement.

Commercial Director for Junkyard Golf

Sam Jones is the Commercial Director for Junkyard Golf Club with responsibility for Marketing, PR, Brand, Purchasing and Customer Experience. Previously Sam was with Revolution Bars Group for 17 years in various roles across Operations and Marketing.
