A passion to inspire imaginations gains Sarah Cressall the “Entrepreneur of the Year” Natwest Venus Award

Sarah Cressall, mum to three and founder of the UK’s leading children’s creative experience companies, gained the prestigious title of ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’.

The Natwest Venus award was presented to Cressall for her vision, passion to inspire imaginations and the support of her network of 70 Creation Station and Create Club franchises across the UK.

The Natwest Venus Awards recognise local business woman, The Gala award ceremony took place at Exeter University on Thursday 5 September and was co-hosted by the Founder of the awards, Tara Howard and Celia Delaney from Speaking Success. The Entrepreneur of the Year award was sponsored by Bishop Fleming.

“Inspiring imaginations and nurturing creativity is at the heart of what we do. I’ve been inspired and supported by my husband Duncan and my three boys” smiled Sarah Cressall “We have helped over 105,000 children and families explore, discover and develop because we have a team of wonderful franchise owners across the UK and a great support team at our Creative Hub in Woodbury”

To date, Cressall has built The Creation Station into a family-friendly franchise operation on a mission to inspire imaginations.  The company empowers 70 mums and 1 dad, to take control of their work and life balance, by running their own successful businesses, delivering The Creation Station experience through Art and Craft Classes, Birthday Parties and Event Entertainment.  Uniquely, franchise owners can take their own children along to the creative activities they run in their local areas.  By spotting a niche in the market in 2012, Cressall developed and launched a new Create Club franchise opportunity, where children can develop and enjoy art and craft fun through after school, Saturday and holiday clubs.

Hello,
We are here to help nurturing creativity and support others to inspire children imaginations.
Creativity unleashes potential and we are here to help inspire children imaginations to help them explore, discover and develop. We work with  parents, grand parents, carers, child care organisations, children groups, local communities, schools and  event organisers to help them nurture creativity through fun and social art and craft activities. We love helping learning through creative play with our award winning educationally based arts and crafts classes, parties and event. .
Giving expression to your own imagination in a group setting provides lots of benefits. It helps young children learn to make choices, share, listen, observe, pretend, problem solve, as well as play and interact with others.
The Creation Station has over 70 franchise overs across the UK, has inspired over 105 ,000 children and families and ran the Kidszone for the Olympics in Hyde park.
