Press release -
Sarah Cressall founder of The Creation Station teams up with Mumsnet and Barclaycard to share ideas for creative fun over half term.
The Creation Station were delighted to be asked to show some easy low cost ideas to do with children over half term for a Mumsnet and Barclay card Shop Talk chat show.
Sarah Cressall arrived in London with a bag full of ghostly milk bottles and spooky vegetables for the filming of the chat show, hosted by Loose Women’s inspiring Andrea McLean.
“It was wonderful to meet Katie O’Donovan from Mumsnet and top blogger Emily Leary and share ideas to keep the children entertained over half term” said Sarah.
The Halloween themed activities included a spooky skeleton lantern made from recycled milk bottles and ghoulish vegetable characters. For more ideas for half term and activities to entertain the children over the Halloween festivities, visit Creation Station’s Enjoy Creative Fun blog.

Hello,
Creativity unleashes potential and we are here to help inspire children imaginations to help them explore, discover and develop. We work with parents, grand parents, carers, child care organisations, children groups, local communities, schools and event organisers to help them nurture creativity through fun and social art and craft activities. We love helping learning through creative play with our award winning educationally based arts and crafts classes, parties and event. .
Giving expression to your own imagination in a group setting provides lots of benefits. It helps young children learn to make choices, share, listen, observe, pretend, problem solve, as well as play and interact with others.
The Creation Station has over 70 franchise overs across the UK, has inspired over 105 ,000 children and families and ran the Kidszone for the Olympics in Hyde park.
