Social media can mean a great deal to a company’s reputation and turnover. In order for many companies to succeed, it is essential to learn how to master, as well as learn how to maximize and maintain a campaign within social media. Activeark JWT, a full-service agency specialising in digital marketing, will answer an array of questions related to social media. Some of these include; how and why can your company benefit from the world of social media? Is it possible to control social media? Is all publicity good publicity or are there strategies one can apply to reach certain goals? Paula Hogéus, Advokatfirman Delphi, will also be on hand to provide an overview of the Swedish employment law aspects of the use of social media within the work place. For example, does the same kind of regulation apply during, as well as after work hours? There are a few recent Swedish cases which will be drawn upon for reference. Furthermore, Olle Ahnve, Marketing Communications Manager, and responsible for Internet strategies at Ericsson Ltd, will present a recent case study describing how Ericsson uses digital media in their communications strategy.
