Accipio Learning Limited, the UK’s leading provider of live, interactive, online teaching has been acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of Scan Computers International Limited. 

This exciting new tie up will enable Accipio to develop new products and services to run alongside its existing expertise in the design and delivery of live, online education for GCSE pupils who require education outside the mainstream school classroom. 

Scan is a multi-award winning supplier, designer and developer of high performance IT systems with an annual turnover in excess of £50 million. By building on Scan’s extensive knowledge and experience of designing, developing and deploying technology, Accipio will be able to broaden its range of services and products to further support local authorities, secondary schools, parents and students in the rapidly evolving education market.
