Ask Mandy - Online Advice Column: Groundbreaking, new FREE online advice column - run by qualified Psychologist/Counsellor
Website: http://www.askmandy-onlineadvicecolumn.com
It seems we all have struggles to contend with in life and many of us do not have easy or immediate access to mental health professionals. This is the reason that Mandy decided to create a free online advice column.
Mandy has a BA Degree with majors in Psychology and Sociology, is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and has over ten years experience in the mental health field. She practices what she preaches as she has faced her own battles (ill health, relationship issues, childhood traumas)and has managed to carve out a successful happy life.
Mandy published her first book in 2004 "Destination Delinquency?".
She also writes articles that have been published on the internet, writes a regular blog (http://www.texttonic.blogspot.com) and has created YouTube videos on subjects ranging from "Abusive relationships" to "Confidence - how to nurture and maintain it".
She is truly a modern day therapist who is up to date with current issues and trends and she ensures that she is kept abreast of the most efficient technological ways to get her positive message out there.
Mandy runs a private practice outside London, in Surrey, and sees individuals and couples for therapy and counselling. Her approach is person centred and integrative. She uses psychodynamic analysis and cognitive-behavioural therapy mostly.
