Fine dining redefined – Stella Cosmo inspires with unconventional forms

Round or oval – combining both geometries with skill can give rise to something totally new. With the new Stella Cosmo collection consisting of the finest, white Premium Bone Porcelain, Villeroy & Boch presents innovative professional crockery in fascinating new shapes. Fine dining is thus redefined in an extravagant way that impresses demanding chefs and guests alike.

The new shapes from Stella Cosmo act in a field of tension between measured proportions and surprising combinations. In addition, the classic round form of the Stella Hotel collection has been organically redesigned. The result is plates in different variations: flat oval and half-depth coupe plates, both in two sizes, are designed as clear, curving ellipses with organic contours and lifted edges on which any dish can be displayed individually and in a whole new way. The two 25/10 plate variants – available in flat and deep – concentrate the most important elements in the centre: wells with a diameter of just 10 cm in plates measuring 25 cm impressively place chefs' creations at the centre, framing them boldly with a broad rim. The 29 cm large flat plate puts culinary works of art on stage with its oval, raised well, while the deep dish in the same size has a calm and relaxed look. Sensually soft shaped cloches in two sizes are the collection's truly special eye-catchers – for spectacular serving with a wow effect. Pepper and salt shakers perfectly designed to match add further accents to the table or buffet. The Stella Cosmo product range is rounded off with lightly asymmetrically shaped saucers in two sizes, which are perfect for combining with espresso and coffee cups from the Stella Hotel and Modern Grace collections.

Stella Cosmo is designed for use on all culinary occasions – whether it's breakfast or dinner, lunch or a grand café, a set table or buffet, an exclusive gathering or a big banquet. The design and form composition of the new collection are innovative and emotional, while the plate sizes are optimally tailored to the portion sizes of top gastronomy.
