Perfect minimalism - Villeroy & Boch extends its Afina collection with elegant cutlery and glasses
Created by the designer Christian Haas for Villeroy & Boch, the iconic Afina collection interprets the current minimalist trend in a crockery collection that is both understatedly elegant and surprising, with fine attention to detail. The delicate relief and modern coupe shape gives the collection a touch of everyday luxury, demonstrating that modern minimalism is anything but boring.
Villeroy & Boch is now extending the series with cutlery, champagne coupes, schnapps glasses and matching decanters that coordinate seamlessly with the crockery collection in a holistic design concept. Christian Haas has expertly transposed the distinctive delicate relief of the Afina crockery to the cutlery, giving it a timeless, graphic elegance.
The striped relief on the decanters and glasses also creates surprising effects with a fine engraving that adds both tactile and aesthetic appeal. The brilliant glass together with the matt line decor creates beautiful light refractions in the glass and on the table.
As a complete table setting, the Afina crockery, glass and cutlery collections combine to present minimalism at its most beautiful.
Available in April 2026.
