The Dowling Poole - New album out now
The new album from The Dowling Poole is out now. Titled ‘REFUSE’ the album is available as CD and as digital download on Bandcamp.
Thanks to all the radio shows and podcasts that have already played 'The Hand Moved', which is one of the brand new tracks on the album.
Today Willie talks to comedian and broadcaster Mark Steel on his popular ‘What the F**k Is Going On?’ podcast, and Jon and Willie are interviewed by Ben Chambers on the Pro European radio station Sixteen Million Rising. This week’s show is called 'WIPEOUT' on SMR (Sixteen Million Rising), episode 176 out tonight at 6pm UK time.
About ‘REFUSE’
Titled ‘REFUSE’, the new album from The Dowling Poole features all of the ‘digital only’ tracks the group occasionally released for short periods of time, that many of you have asked to be made available on a physical format.
To add value, each track has been carefully remixed and remastered, and all are sounding better than they ever have. There are also some half-remembered thoughts and recollections (from Willie) and some actual facts and concise recalls (from Jon) included in the CD liner notes. And as an added bonus, there are also a couple of brand new unreleased tracks.
It’s worth mentioning perhaps that none of the tracks recorded during the two years of COVID peculiarities are included on 'REFUSE'. The Dowling Poole hope to make them available on the next release.
