AddSecure acquires 24 Safety Oy’s alarm transmission business

Through the acquisition, AddSecure will further strengthen its position within Smart Alarms in Finland.

AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure data and critical communications, today announced the acquisition of the alarm transmission business from the Finnish security company 24 Safety Oy. Through the acquisition, AddSecure strengthens its Smart Alarms offering in Finland.

24 Safety Oy provides full-service solutions that enable secure alarm transmission and develops tailored technical safety system and service solutions, for both companies and private homes.

“The acquisition will generate a valuable customer base on the Finnish market, while also strengthening our position as the leading provider of secured and monitored communication solutions. With the alarm transmission services from 24 Safety Oy, we strengthen AddSecure's platform for further growth and expansion in Finland”, says Stefan Albertsson, CEO of AddSecure.

24 Safety Oy’s alarm transmission business will be integrated into AddSecure and become part of the company's Smart Alarms offering.
