AddSecure appoints Sofia Honungsmåne as Head of Happiness

Rapidly growing AddSecure invests in the organization’s corporate cultural and value-based work and appoints Sofia Honungsmåne to the newly created role of Head of Happiness.

AddSecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure critical communications and data, today announced the appointment of Sofia Honungsmåne to the role of Head of Happiness. Sofia’s main tasks will include steering the corporate culture, the value-based work and the leadership philosophy in the right direction and to develop the company’s employer branding efforts.

The company began the work of building a shared corporate culture about a year ago and has since then consciously invested in running an inclusive cultural journey together with all its corporate acquisitions in Europe.
