The world of metal machining will meet again in Milan, Italy during the EMO 2021 from October 4th to October 9th.

New features of the ZE16C and ZE26C external gear grinding family which improve not only gear quality by itself but help to make machining more efficient and more environment friendly will be demonstrated.
It will be impressive to experience our technology, the world’s first generating gear grinding process with water soluble coolant for automotive mass production.

Additionally, the world’s only Internal Generating Gear Grinding process can be explained by NIDEC MACHINE TOOL’s engineers and will be demonstrated by real life samples. The ZI20A is the first machine that offers this process for a mass production environment. It introduces a very efficient method to hard finish internal gears for the extremely high speeds of EV-planetary transmissions.
