Nidec Advance Technology to Exhibit Solutions & Products at JPCA Show 2025
This upcoming exhibition will see Nidec Advance Technology mainly showcase its glass-panel TGV inspections, which ate attracting attention for next-generation packages, and the EFEM (Equipment Front End Module), a new product born out of the Nidec Group’s internal synergies. Also among the Company’s displays will be GATS-8360, a new induction insulation inspection equipment capable of handling now-trendy AI and LEO satellite substrates. Nidec Advance Technology has successfully improved the accuracy of its existing optical and electrical inspection equipment as well.
