The CDP (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project), a global environmental non-profit organization, has recognized Nidec Corporation as prestigious 2025 climate change [A] List※, following in 2024s result.
As a company that operates globally, the NIDEC Group has positioned crucial role to “contributing to a sustainable global environment” as one of its key sustainability issues. Nidec’s mission, “contribute to the earth with the world's most powerful motors. " Nidec will continue to help achieve a global carbon-neutral society with our technologies and solutions, to achieve net zero CO2 emissions from its business activities by FY2040 and net zero CO2 emissions including its supply chain by FY2050.
