Women Empowerment Conference Coming to New Jersey

Saturday, June 3rd – Kenilworth, New Jersey. According to Bizwhy.com, a popular business directory, there are less than 200 women owned businesses in New Jersey. The United States Census Bureau shows, as of July 1st 2016, there were nearly nine million people living in the state. Women are similarly represented in other facets of business, finances and other professional fields.

The Academy of Management Executives says that, as more women participate in and lead work organizations the health and well-being of women have important implications for organizational effectiveness. The inaugural Extraordinary Women’s Conference is where women will come together and work on correcting the tilted statistics that women face professionally and personally.

"This is an inaugural event you won't want to miss as women from all walks of life jointogether for an uplifting day of motivation, encouragement and empowerment financially, mentally, spiritually and physically, " says organizers JT Keitt, Toni Reid and Heather Neal.

Women in business and financial sectors is low in New Jersey, and across the United States, The Extraordinary Women’s Conference aims to change that. By empowering women with the knowledge they need to take the next step in their professional lives, or to begin them, everyone can see improvement.
